HPAC organizes neighborhood programming to provide community engagement and to fundraise in order to advance initiatives at the park.

Our HPAC meetings occur on the first Wednesday of the month at 7pm on the second floor of the Horner Park Field House.

Earth Day Clean Up: Volunteer Event
Join us for Friends of the Parks’ coordinated park clean ups across Chicago as part of our annual Earth Day Celebration. Volunteer for clean ups at Horner, Jacob Playlot, Ravenswood Manor, and Buffalo parks.
