Be sure to catch the Temperance Brass Quintet as they blow into Ravenswood Manor Park at 7 PM on Friday, July 6.

Temperance Brass is a genre-mixing quintet from Chicago. Formed in 2016, Temperance aims to bring high-quality brass playing to audiences outside of the classical realm. Temperance performs their own original arrangements, as well as new and standard brass quintet repertoire. Think 80’s classics like Queen, iconic pop like Michael Jackson, rock, jazz, all the way to Gabrieli and Berlioz. Their goal is always to play music that audiences connect with.

This show is presented by the Horner Park Advisory Council and sponsored by Dreamtown: Susie Kanter/Suzy Thomas.

And on Sunday, July 8, catch the 6th Annual Narloch Student Piano Recital at 3pm!  Watch theses kids play in the park!  This show is presented by and sponsored by the Horner Park Advisory Council.
