Riverfront tours in Horner Park are conducted by the US Army Corp of Engineers. Space is limited to 15 per time slot and a maximum of 4 registrants per party; registration is recommended. Scheduled tours may be changed or cancelled based on weather and river conditions. All tours begin promptly on the hour from the construction gate at the Montrose Avenue bridge.
Note: NO open-toed shoes nor sandals are allowed on the construction site!
