Fresh on the heals of the ManorBash and the Centennial Marathon Weekend, get ready for another great weekend of entertainment at Ravenswood Manor Park.
We start our weekend at Ravenswood Manor Park on Friday, July 11 at 7 pm with the unique jazz-rock fusion of Kmang Kmang. Also known as Barmey, this Cambodian-American guitarist is getting known internationally as a composer and arranger as well as a performer. Opening for Kmang Kmang is the Tim Sessier Trio. Then get ready for some real fun back at Ravenswood Manor Park as our old friends from Spectralia Theatre try their hands at Shakespeare’s classic Two Gentlemen of Verona (yes, the one with the dog) on Saturday June 12 and Sunday June 13 at 5 pm. It’s always a high-energy and reality-bending time with Spectralia, so come out for a great late afternoon performance of fun and romance. It’s LOL! Two Gentlemen of Verona is Sponsored by the Horner Park Advisory Council.
And just before Shakespeare on Sunday, June 13, be at Ravenswood Manor Park for a great new neighborhood tradition: the Second Annual Narloch Piano Studio Student Recital at 3 pm. Once again, we will be entertained by our budding Beethovens, who love to play in the park! Be prepared to have your ears enriched and your hearts captivated by our next generation of Van Cliburns.
